The silhouette determines how a custom beanie looks, fits and displays your branding.
Start with a classic cuffed beanie, a short fisherman shape or a relaxed slouch fit. Then define the finished height, cuff depth, opening width and stretch level required for your customer.

Cuffed Beanie
A classic knit beanie with a fold-over cuff. The cuff provides a stable area for embroidery, woven labels and patches.
Double-Cuff Beanie
A deeper folded construction with extra layers around the ears. It creates a substantial appearance for winter and outdoor collections.
Fisherman Beanie

Fit and Measurement Options
- Finished height: Measure from the top of the beanie to the lower opening while the product is laid flat and unstretched.
- Opening width: Measure straight across the lower opening without stretching the knit.
- Cuff height: Measure from the lower folded edge to the top edge of the cuff.
- Crown shape: Choose a rounded crown, shaped decrease, gathered top or pom-pom finish.
- Fit level: Close, regular or relaxed.
- Size range: Adult, youth, kids or custom measurements.
- Layer construction: Single layer, double layer or partially lined.

Fit Development Tip
A reference sample gives the factory the clearest fit standard.
Send the sample together with the finished height, opening width and cuff height. State whether measurements are taken in a relaxed or stretched condition. This prevents a “regular fit” from being interpreted differently by the buyer and factory.

Color in a knitted beanie is influenced by the fibre, yarn texture, knit structure and lighting.
Choose from available yarn colors or develop a custom-dyed shade. Stripes, marl yarns, contrast cuffs and knitted jacquard patterns can also be used to build a recognizable brand design.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity depends on the service you choose. Blank stock orders start from 24 pieces, logo customization starts from 48 pieces, and fully custom production starts from 1000 pieces. Certain fabrics, custom colors, trims, and decoration methods may require a higher MOQ.
Can I add my logo to this style?
Yes. Available options may include flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, printing, and woven, leather, PVC, or chenille patches. Logo placement and maximum artwork size depend on the construction of the selected style. Send us your artwork and we will recommend a suitable decoration method.
Can I change the fabric, color, fit, or construction?
Yes. For fully custom orders, you can modify the fabric, Pantone color, crown height, panel construction, visor, closure, sweatband, labels, hardware, and packaging. For lower-quantity orders, selecting an existing style and adding your logo is usually the faster option.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We can provide a stock sample, a custom logo sample, or a fully developed pre-production sample. Sample pricing depends on the product and customization method. Custom sample fees can be credited toward the bulk purchase order after production is confirmed.
How long do sampling and production take?
Logo-customized samples generally take 7–10 days after artwork approval, followed by 7–20 days for bulk production after sample approval. Fully custom projects generally require 14–21 days for the first sample and 30–45 days for bulk production after the pre-production sample is approved. Custom fabrics, molds, or hardware may extend the schedule.
