Embroidery Design Tips
- Text should be no smaller than 0.2" tall with a minimum stroke width of 0.08"
- Front panel: max 3 lines of text, 20 characters per line for best clarity
- Side/back: max 2 lines, 10 characters per line due to limited space
- Fine lines, gradients, and shading are difficult to reproduce — use solid fills
- Large solid backgrounds may cause fabric distortion; our team will advise if adjustment is needed
