What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity depends on the service you choose. Blank stock orders start from 24 pieces, logo customization starts from 48 pieces, and fully custom production starts from 1000 pieces. Certain fabrics, custom colors, trims, and decoration methods may require a higher MOQ.
Can I add my logo to this style?
Yes. Available options may include flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, printing, and woven, leather, PVC, or chenille patches. Logo placement and maximum artwork size depend on the construction of the selected style. Send us your artwork and we will recommend a suitable decoration method.
Can I change the fabric, color, fit, or construction?
Yes. For fully custom orders, you can modify the fabric, Pantone color, crown height, panel construction, visor, closure, sweatband, labels, hardware, and packaging. For lower-quantity orders, selecting an existing style and adding your logo is usually the faster option.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We can provide a stock sample, a custom logo sample, or a fully developed pre-production sample. Sample pricing depends on the product and customization method. Custom sample fees can be credited toward the bulk purchase order after production is confirmed.
How long do sampling and production take?
Logo-customized samples generally take 7–10 days after artwork approval, followed by 7–20 days for bulk production after sample approval. Fully custom projects generally require 14–21 days for the first sample and 30–45 days for bulk production after the pre-production sample is approved. Custom fabrics, molds, or hardware may extend the schedule.
