What micron should I choose?
Finer fibres generally feel softer. Start below about 19.5 µm for sensitive next-to-skin products, and consider broader fibres or blends when structure and wear matter more. Approve the actual fabric touch.
Can Merino hats be embroidered?
Yes. Backing, topping, needle and stitch density must match the construction. Brushed wool can hide stitches, while fine knit can distort under dense embroidery.
