Click Inquiry or Get a Quote on any product page and submit your brief: design references, target quantity, target landed cost, required ship date. A regional account manager replies within one business day, with a scoped quotation in 3–5 days.

Quick Custom applies your branding — embroidery, patches, print, hardware — onto an existing Foremost silhouette. Full Custom builds your hat from the panel up: bespoke pattern, fabric, trims, hardware, packaging. Quick Custom is faster and lower-MOQ; Full Custom is exclusive and proprietary.

Sample: 7–10 days from artwork approval. Bulk: 7–20 days from sample sign-off, depending on quantity and decoration type. Re-order on existing artwork is typically faster.

Brief and quotation: 3–5 days. Tech pack and first sample: 14–21 days. Pre-production sample (PPS): 10–14 days after material confirmation. Bulk production: 30–45 days from PPS sign-off. Custom fabric or tooling adds 2–4 weeks upfront.

Stock blank samples are free for quality verification — courier billed at cost. Custom-decoration samples: USD 80–150 per piece including digitizing. Full Custom development samples: USD 150–350 depending on complexity. All sample fees are credited back against your bulk PO once production is confirmed.

Yes. Full Custom patterns, fabrics developed against your brief, and bespoke trims are single-client-exclusive by default, protected under our standard NDA and reinforced in writing on every proforma invoice.

Yes. We sign bilateral NDAs in English (or English/Chinese) before any tech pack, fabric specification, or commercial term is shared. Send your template, or use ours. Either is fine.

Yes. Our factories are audit-ready year-round. Schedule via your account manager — we accept announced and semi-announced audits from BV, SGS, Intertek, ITS, TUV, and your in-house team.

Recycled polyester (GRS-certified rPET), recycled cotton (RCS), GOTS-certified organic cotton, RWS-certified responsible wool, FSC-certified paper straw, biodegradable raffia and seagrass, water-based inks, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 trims. Full transaction certificates issued per shipment.

AQL 2.5 (major) / 4.0 (minor) is our default — tightened to AQL 1.5 / 2.5 on licensed and luxury programs. Inspection runs at four stages: incoming material, in-process panel, in-process assembly, and final pre-shipment.

Shipment shortages and visible defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt with photos and quantity affected. Other quality concerns may be raised within 30 days of delivery. We investigate against retained Gold Seal samples and respond within 5 business days with a resolution — rework, replacement, partial credit, or full credit depending on root cause.

Unit FOB price, decoration, packaging, freight estimate (CIF/DDP), tooling if any, sample fee, payment terms. Duties and destination clearance are included only when DDP is selected. Anything not on the quote is not in the price.

We leverage our established manufacturing partnerships in regions like Vietnam (Solamoda) and Cambodia (Goodmate) to help clients optimize tariff strategies, including Section 301 and applicable US preferential programs. Our compliance team is equipped to support and facilitate CBAM declarations, EUDR documentation, and GRS/RCS Transaction Certificates as required by your specific shipments. Duty optimization is a key consideration in our Full Custom quotation process.
