Choose Profile

What's the process of customizing baseball cap?

Firstly, you can send your requirements to us through the contact button on the page.

Secondly, we will customize a plan for you according to your needs.

After paying the sample fee, we will make samples for you.

When models are finished, they will be confirmed by photos or sent to you.

After you confirm the sample, we will arrange the production.

Finally, the package will be sent and you will get the hats.

How to choose a logo customization method？

Different caps, made of different materials, are suitable for different methods. Embroidery and 3D embroidery are widely used for their good effects, while patch labels have better-personalized effects than the ordinary embroidery. Printing logos can almost show all patterns, which embroidery can't with more competitive prices, but knitted hats, beanies, and felt hats are not suitable for printing.

Secondly, according to logo shape, embroidery needs to pay attention to the following 4 points:

1. The height of the embroidery pattern cannot exceed 8cm.

2. The thickness of the letters of the embroidered electronic manuscript should not be less than 0.4 cm. Too thin will cause the letters to be blurred and affect their appearance.

3. The embroidery position of the front panel should be at least 1.8 cm above the visor

4. The embroidery colors do not exceed 5 colors, otherwise will contrast.

Last, according to your budget, printing is relatively cheap, embroidery is moderate, and patching is the most expensive. Also, logo size will determine the price; our customer consultants will choose the appropriate technique for you according to your budget.
