Yes, we can offer sample for quality checking. Generally, sample time is about 7-10 days.

We have five inspection procedures for eliminating defects, including inspection of fabric, cutting, sewing semi-finished products, finished products, package needle.

Generally, 30-45 days for fully custom hats, 2-15 days for customized logo hats, 2-7 days for wholesale our blank hats.

By sea or air shipment, normal forwarder and nominated forwarder are both okay. By express, DHL、UPS、TNT & OCS are all the most used.

We accept Paypal for trade assurance orders,T/T, and L/C,If chosen in T/T, usually is a 30% deposit, and pay 70% deposit before shipment.

We provide refund or replacement service for any problem caused by quality.

We have recycled fabric and yarn color swatches, and our factories passed GRS and GOTS certifications.
